A: Yes, you can think of Endosphères Therapy as a highly effective and comfortable form of lymphatic drainage massage.
Q: How many sessions do I need to have to see real results?
A: For optimal results, it is advised to schedule Endosphères Body treatments twice weekly for a minimum of 12 sessions and Face for 6 sessions. It is recommended to allow a minimum of 48 hours between each Endosphères session.
Q: Do I need to prepare for the treatment?
A: For Facial Treatments the makeup has to be removed before the session. It can be reapplied, and we recommend waiting a few hours to let the skin breathe, however, it's important to apply your favorite moisturizer and SPF. You can always use our facilities to remove your make up.
Q: Once the treatment sequence has been completed, how long will the results last?
A: The duration of the results depends on factors such as physical condition and lifestyle choices. With a healthy lifestyle, results can last up to six months. However, it's strongly recommended to undergo maintenance to ensure even more stable and lasting results.
Q: How does the maintenance work?
A: The maintenance cycle includes two sessions per month for the first three or four months. At the end of this period, the sessions are reduced to one per month. Only in cases of particularly critical conditions can you repeat the complete treatment after the first three or four months.
